Efficacy:
Cure: nasal congestion, runny nose and taking two courses of people with symptoms of consumption, more than 1 year follow-up were not made. Markedly: after 2 treatments, with repeated follow-up of 1 year who improved: taking two courses within six months without recurrence. Invalid: after 2 treatment, the symptoms were not diminished. Results: 18 patients suffering fromWho were cured in 9 cases, the cure rate of 50%, effective in 6 cases, 33.3%, improved in 2 cases accounted for 11.1%, invalid! Cases accounted for 5.6%, total effective rate was 94.4%.
病案举例：
患者孟某：男，42岁，干部，于2005年4月15日就诊。
主诉：鼻流清涕伴有鼻痒，时而喷涕，自汗，嗅觉减退，2年余反复发作，经西医诊断为慢性鼻炎，检查：鼻腔粘膜肿胀，苍白色，可见有水样分泌物，面色不泽，舌质淡苔薄白，脉细数。辨证：肺气不足，风寒之邪上扰鼻窍，津液不得输布，滞留于鼻，故见流清涕，面色不泽舌质淡，苔薄白脉细数为气虚之症。治则：益气宣肺，祛风散寒，方用补中益气汤加味：黄芪15克、党参10克、白术10克、甘草5克、防风10克、荆芥5克、当归15克、升麻5克、才胡5克、桔梗10克、白芷10克、辛夷10克、服药10剂后于4月26日复诊，症状大减，鼻腔粘膜肿胀消失，水样分泌物不见，时而少量流涕。按上方再服10剂而告痊愈。随访2年未见复发。
