资料与方法 43例为我院2005.5—2009.10住院及门诊病人 ，其中缺血性心肌病组23人，年龄55岁至86岁，平均年龄74.69岁，均经冠脉造影证实符合冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断标准；扩张性心肌病组20人，年龄22岁至64岁，平均年龄51岁，符合1995年关于心肌病定义和分类标准[1]。仪器于方法 使用西门子G—50型彩色多普勒超声仪，探头频率2.5MZ,利用二维超声检查：测量各房室内径、舒张末期室间隔及左室后壁厚度，M型超声主要测量左室内径、及左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率，同时观察室壁运动幅度及收缩期增厚率；彩色多普勒用于观察各瓣膜反流也可用反流束面积法确定反流的程度[2]。
